Verify that the receiver is connected and that the electrical outlet is receiving power.Briefly press the volume down button to see if it is in mute mode.
The doorbell transmitter stopped working?
Normally the orignal battery of transmitter can work nearly a year, but in some situation will shorten the battery life.
So please kindly use the screwdriver to open the transmitter cover, replace the battery with 12V23A.
Then it will continue working.
