For a modest price the user gets a complete, ready to use kit for measuring all power parameters on industrial installations to 1200amps, with extension using clamp CP3000 to 3000 amps. Whilst it is not as powerful, fast or sophisticated as some of the market leaders, the tool brings it functions to the user at 20% of the existing prices. Using the DW-6095 you can determine the peak power requirements, correct power factor problems, balance phases and identify supply faults such as wave form distortion, harmonics, breaks and surges.

The Lutron DW-6095 provides the most functionality of all the simple power analyzers with up to 35 parameters to 600VAC and 1200 amps – or 3000amps with the optional flexible current probes. It includes harmonics to 50th order and captures transient events [non graphically] as dips, swells and outage with a response time around 130microseconds. Data can be logged at intervals from 2 second to 7200 seconds with 30000 sets of 9 parameters per block, on a 2GB SD card – for ready analysis in a spread sheet.

The unit comes as a complete kit with current (x 3) and voltage probes (x 4) in a carry bag ready for use.

CP-3000 flexible current probes for 30, 300, and 3000amp [selectable] are optional for the DW-6095 and connect directly without separate power supply.

For a lower cost solution there is model DW-6093 that has no Phase graphics and no transient detection. It has the same capability for measurements and logging
